RACS, Remote Access Control SystemThe operator may data control an unlimited number o radios rom a remote site on dierentparameters via the Jotron made program RACS. This is a Windows based PC program which makesit possible or the operator to have supervision with all radios connected via Modems. The programis loaded with whichever map requested and you may there access each radio by clicking. The program

needs only to have the below RACS Control Unit mounted at each radio site, to be able to correspondwith the radios. You would need both the RCU site controller and the RACS program.

82418 Com 260 Communication Switch Com 260 is a modular and highly fexible communication switch

or up to 16 subscribers. These subscribers can be Jotron groundto Air radios, Dispatch terminals (TE10-39), PABX lines, hot linetelephones etc. Base stations can be connected either locally orvia 4-wire leased lines. The Com 260 can be equipped with a largevariety o HW card, depending o the signal ormats in the actualconguration (4 wire audio, I/O, PABX, ISDN etc.) The switch is basedon custom made sotware and modular HW and is or this reasonvery fexible with respect to unctionality.

Typical unctions to be user defned are:Addressable intercom, group calls, priority settings (dierent unctionalityor dierent users), automatic/manual main/stby switching, selection ooperative or listen only channels, alarm messages etc. Com 260 can besupplied with voting (best signal selection) with automatic delay compensationor each remote site.
