Main entrance is the place where our honorable guest will officiate the event and also the spot
where visitors will take photograph. It is likely to be the spot with highest concentration of
visitor.
Information board is open mainly to exhibitor to present key information of your product /

projection screen and basic sound system.
• SNEAK PRESENTATION (15 MINUTES) – RM 500 / presentation
The stage is yours! Exhibitors and Sponsors will have the short and sweet opportunities for
commercial as to your products/ services, in the form of video or quick commercials. The
price includes rental of area, data projector, projection screen and basic sound system.

PRIVATE PRESENTATION* – RM 5000 / Room Per Day
Private function room is effective to have a private environment to have private discussion with
serious and potential customers and also to conduct private seminar, sales pitches or to close
sales. The opportunity of giving presentation during GST Expo and Conference 2014 is a different
class from ordinary seminar or conference.

This is to minimise your risk during the 3 days exhibition in GST Expo and Conference 2014.

The Bar Code scanner allows you to manage your leads conveniently
by scanning and managing data from visitors to your booth for the
event.
