Belgique au recueil de témoignages afin d'en assurer la conservation et la diffusion dans la perspective de créer un modèle de coopération et d'apprentissage inter-régional et inter-générationnel. C'est aux deuxième et troisième générations de migrants qu'il appartiendra d'interroger les témoins. Au-delà, le matériel recueilli permettra de mener à bien des études universitaires sur la question de l'émigration et de créer un centre européen de la mémoire vivante consacré à l'immigration.

und Ermutingungsstrategien im ländichen Raum DESCRIPTION: Au centre de l'éducation des adultes se trouve l'acquisition de compétences à l'action,

qui permet au participant un développement personnel, une insertion dans la société, une action citoyenne en son sein et une acquisition de capacités à l'emploi. Pour bien des gens, surtout dans les régions rurales d'Europe, au début d'un tel apprentissage, la sensibilisation, l'encouragement et la motivation jouent un rôle déterminant. Au cours de leur collaboration au sein du partenariat éducatif FLEUROPE, les initiateurs ont constaté un besoin élevé de méthodes d'enseignement et d'apprentissage originales, alternatives et innovantes en vue d'assurer en milieu rural un large accès à l'éducation. Ils ont identifié des bonnes pratiques applicables à l'échelle européenne. Le produit proposé est un manuel '' issu de la pratique pour la pratique '', à utiliser dans des régions défavorisées au début des processus d'apprentissage. Les utilisateurs potentiels sont autant les ''enseignants'' (formateurs, conseillers, promoteurs de projets, pouvoirs organisateurs) que les '' apprenants '' (habitants des régions rurales). Une attention particuliere est apportée aux femmes, aux jeunes et autres groupes defavorisés. Pour une utilisation optimale, le manuel sera publié tout d'abord dans les sept langues des partenaires. Il s'agit d'un ensemble de feuillets séparés, à compléter et actualiser régulièrement. Des conférences de promotion au niveau national, un CD et le site web Fleurope seront des supports appréciables à l'information et à la discussion.

coopération transnationale est l'implantation d'une stratégie européenne du gender mainstreaming (GM) dans la formation et particulièrement dans la formation politique, et cela dans les formations individuelles comme dans le processus organisationnel de formation. Les pratiques nationales de gender mainstreaming seront collectées, comparées et analysées ; les standards de qualité développés. Les groupes cibles de ce projet sont les multiplicateurs dans le domaine de la formation politique ; les personnes ou institutions à un niveau communal, régional ; les conseillers et les personnes développant les organisations GM et ceux qui reçoivent cette formation politique. Les activités suivantes sont prévues : - Train of Trainers et modules de formation pour l'implantation de GM, développer les catalogues de critères pour tester les modules, les tests, l'évaluation et le travail final sur les modules ; - implantation du module dans d'autres organisations. Les principaux résultats du projet seront développés et repris dans un manuel traduit dans cinq langues européennes. 6 années des methodes complexes pour la promotion de l'éducation tout au long de la vie et des compétences par le biais d'activites pédagogiques théâtrales, artistiques, socio-pédagogiques et thérapeutiques, et de formation politique. La méthodologie est présentée à un public cible, son applicabilité est testée dans divers contextes de travail avec les défavorisés des pays partenaires et adaptée à leurs contextes national ou local. La diffusion d'activités créatives d'intégration permettra de renforcer les efforts de développement durable du capital humain, l'égalité des chances du public cible défavorisé tout en contribuant à atténuer les effets des discriminations socio-économiques grace à des strategies d'empowerment. Activites envisagées : - sur base d'une pièce de théâtre documentaire d'après des enregistrements d'interviews, création d'une oeuvre théâtrale authentique destinée à être jouée ; - élaboration en synergie d'un manuel et d'une video ; - activités transnationales d'échange d'apprentissage commun dans chacun des pays partenaires. Lors des représentations publiques, les partenaires presentent les résultats de leur propre projet.

En fin de projet, un festival aura lieu a Ljubljana avec le concours de la ville jumelée de Chemnitz.

projet se propose de développer des curricula de cours sur la citoyenneté démocratique avec pierre d'angle les compétences sociales, en particulier : - compétence d'identité personnelle - compétence interculturelle ; - compétence technologique ; - compétence écologique ; - compétence historique ; - compétence économique pour permettre au groupe cible final de développer une pensée critique et lui donner une chance supplémentaire sur le marche du travail. DESCRIPTION: Projet DE de trois ans avec 6 partenaires (3 DE, IT, BG, SK).

Le projet vise à développer et diffuser un curriculum européen pour : - renforcer la construction des compétences en cas de conflits ; - augmenter le potentiel sociétal de désamorçage de conflits ; - former des travailleurs à la prévention et la compréhension ; - améliorer l'offre à un niveau européen par des modules de formation et d'apprentissage pour une meilleure qualification dans les conflits de travail ; - amélioration de la qualité de la formation des formateurs et formatrices par un curriculum ; - liens entre institutions de formation pour adultes avec comme thème central le conflit. Un guide des bonnes pratiques sera aussi réalisé. Les produits serviront à mieux former les multiplicateurs. Les groupes cibles sont les formateurs d'adultes, les multiplicateurs dans ce type de formation et les personnes privées ou des institutions. Les activités principales sont la réalisation, la traduction et la diffusion du curriculum. Il sera traduit en EN, DE, SK, BG et IT. of lifelong learning. The aim is to connect the practical experiences of different countries to a common european term. Five model projects about theatre work with and for special target groups investigate the possibility of promoting personal, social and communicative competences through theatre work with the following target groups: elderly people, disabled people, migrants, young offenders and people with special needs. The finishing point of the project is a three days' congress about TWISF with a connected workshop program, addressed at interested students, adult educators, artists and people working in a social field. Envisaged outcomes are a praxis-compendium about TWISF with a focus on theatre work with and for special target groups; an interactive website as an information media about the theme, integrating a data bank for finding jobs and placements; a strategy paper for institutions planning projects and/or trainings in the field of TWISF; a model-curriculum for a ''European Master of Theatre Work in Social Fields''. Practitioners from the so far not exactly defined field of TWISF will be united for cooperation on different levels. Study Circles DESCRIPTION: Partners will develop a train-the-trainer-program for moderators of intercultural learning.

The training will concentrate on methodology for oral historical working study circles, language learning, IT, communication, cultural mediation and outdoor education. This training is designed for learner-centred, cross-cultural learning settings especially with regard to the next phase of EU-enlargement. Trainees will be adult educators. After the training and the experience with pilot tandems they shall be able to accompany transversal learning activities of marginalised learners (residents of bordering regions, migrants, refugees, unemployed). Training processes will be permanently evaluated and assessed in order to develop a curriculum and a tool-kit containing working material, literature, recommendations and examples of good practice. These tools shall subsequently be available for other institutions working in a similar environment. A strategy for the recognition of learners achievements will be developed additionally. A flexible website including a discussion forum in English shall be set up on the web as well. Results will be disseminated in a final conference for educational institutions and multipliers from partner and outside countries.

d'adultes s'adressant aux personnes souffrant de handicap mental ou d'apprentissage, ainsi que de mettre sur pied un reseau européen de cooperation ouvrant aux personnes handicapées l'accès à l'apprentissage tout au long de la vie. Ce modèle intégratif, en tant que résultat principal du projet, sera disponible dans les langues nationales des partenaires et en anglais. Il comprend les éléments suivants : un répertoire de critères (manuel) servant de fil conducteur à la mise en forme, l'organisation et le déroulement de la formation intégrative dans les institutions publiques ; un curriculum pour l'acquisition des qualifications de base pour les personnes handicapées, afin de les préparer aux formations proposées dans les institutions publiques ; un CD d'apprentissage pour l'entrainement à ces qualifications de base ; un curriculum pour initier le personnel d'accompagnement (assistants de formation) à aider les handicapes dans leur parcours de formation ; rapports d'évaluation et d'experimentation issus des divers groupes et séquences pilotes. coordinators of learning festivals in Europe, are to exploit the instrumental value of learning festivals as mobilization and advocacy tools for learning and democracy building, and to improve the implementation of festivals by developing systematic evaluation methods and enlarging cooperation between stakeholders. The substantive work will be undertaken in 3 thematic working groups, debating new insights to fulfil the main objectives of IntALWine. The participation of adult learners in an international forum and a study tour are part of the activities to strengthen learners' voices. A website will contain all outputs (leaflet, series of newsletters, data bank, open communication forum). A final publication will also include policy recommendations with a view to learning festivals and the creation of learning society on the whole.

network established in 2002 to address 2 perceived shortcomings in the present arrangements for NGOs around Europe specialising in these fields: - the prevalence in both sectors of NGOs which tend to work without adequate resources and in isolation: the project shall improve their access to information, to potential European partners, to common project, development and training opportunities as well as to effective lobbying; - the tendency to treat separately Democracy and Human Rights Education and Education: the project will create a new environment in which such organisations can thrive, benefiting from common services and a pooling of experience and expertise, with a special focus on Eastern Europe. Ce réseau facilite les études, les échanges d'expérience et leur capitalisation ainsi que la promotion des pratiques identifiées comme contribuant au but énoncé. Il crée une véritable interaction entre les acteurs: bénevoles ou salariés, professionnels-techniciens, destinataires de l'action sociale et/ou éducative, et universitaires.
