    The research methodology for the project completed in twophases:

    First Phase is the collection ofSecondary Data:

    This involves the collection of Secondary data using internetand internal sources for comparison of Online trading accountof other Broking houses in the market like India Bulls, Religareand Reliance Money etc.

    Second Phase is Collection ofPrimary Data:After collecting the Secondary data the next phase will becollection of primary data using Questionnaires. Thequestionnaire will be filled by around 100 people who will bemainly from Delhi/NCR region.

    Non probability respondents have been researchedby selecting the persons who do the stock trading.

    Those persons who do not trade in stocks have notbeen interviewed.

    Exploratory and descriptive research The research isprimarily both exploratory and descriptive in nature.The sources of information are both primary andsecondary.

    The secondary data has been taken by referring to

    various magazines, newspapers, internal sourcesand internet.

    A well structured questionnaire was prepared forthe primary research.

    Sampling Technique: Initially, a rough draft was preparedand a pilot study was done to check the accuracy of the

    Questionnaire and certain changes were done toprepare the final questionnaire to make it morejudgmental.

    Sampling Unit: The respondents who were asked to fill

    out the questionnaire in the National Capital Region arethe sampling units.

    These respondents comprise of the persons dealing instock trading.

    The people have been interviewed in the open market.The sample size was restricted to only 100 respondents.

    Sampling Area The area of the research was NationalCapital Region (NCR).

    The various limitations of the study are:

    People were not willing to fill the entire questionnairedue to the less time available to them

    Some respondents might be hesitant to disclosepersonal and financial information which can affect thevalidity of all responses.

    There is lack of awareness among people aboutinvesting in stock market. So the people who are awareof such things were found in specific areas for surveypurposes.

    Most people are comfortable with traditional system insmall towns and like to trade from their respective

    brokers, hence not providing a true opinion of theirs.Some of the respondents who did not do online tradingwere able to respond to only few questions.

    The survey was done in the NCR region and may nottruly express the opinion of whole country
