UPCOMING EVENTS Growing forward with QuadReal Property Group LP On Wednesday June 1, 2016, The British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (bcIMC), through its Realpool Investment Funds, launched QuadReal Property Group LP (“QuadReal”). On Wednesday, February 1, 2017, QuadReal assumed responsibility for the management of a portfolio of real estate assets across Canada including Jamieson Place, Livingston Place, Intact Place and BP Centre in Calgary. The transition was very smooth and we are pleased that the building management and staff teams remain unchanged. While QuadReal is a new Canadian company, it has deep roots, built from consolidating the assets and expertise of four seasoned players in the Canadian Real estate investment and management industry. We believe that the energy and expertise our employees bring to the table are defining advantages. With 20 + years of experience delivering superior investment returns for bcIMC’s clients, we have the proficiency of an established organization, with a fresh, outward-looking, long-term way of thinking. The ConferenceCentre features two rooms that canbe combined intoone spacious room.The rooms areseparated by a soundproof movable wall, andcan be configured to fit up to 110 people indifferent layouts. Both rooms have Internetaccess as well as state‑of‑the‑art video andteleconferencing equipment.Tenants maybook functions with a minimum of 48 hoursnotice or up to six months in advance.

A secured bike cage and shower/locker rooms are are located on the P1level of the parkade which accommodatesup to 230 bikes. After entering the parkade(same as a vehicle), follow the ‘Cyclist’signs to the bike cage. You will need toswipe your card to gain access. Pleaseremember to bring your own lock to secureyour bike once inside and stationed.

The P1 Shower/Locker Rooms areavailable to alltenants of Livingston Place by card access only. The Terms of Useare stated on signage as you enter. Make sure to read them as they are veryinformative. The lockers are for day useonly and you must provide your own lock.The shower rooms are equipped with aniron, ironing board, hair dryers, curingirons, flat irons and complimentary towelservice as amenities available to allthose who use the shower/locker rooms.

Jamieson PlaceWinter Garden, thelargest indoor gardenin Canada, is available to LivingstonPlace tenants for after-hours bookings. The venue can also be used for weddingphoto sessions. The 26,000 sq. ft. Gardenis located on the +15 level and features alarge variety of plants and a living wall onthe west side. The Garden showcases artcreated by Dale Chihuly, a world-renownedglass sculptor. The amber, blue and greenchandeliers he created were assembledonsite and are comprised of more than400 pieces of blown glass in soft tones ofyellow, blue and amber. The Garden islocated on the 2nd floor of JamiesonPlace, 308-4th Avenue SW.

Did you know?Building staff can do programadjustments to the floor(s) thatare currently unoccupied in orderto decrease the property’s carbonfootprint, and also to providesavings in janitorial servicesthat will be included in TenantRecoveries at the end of thefiscal year.

Adjustments can include:

• HVAC: lower the set pointrange to 19ºC in the wintermonths, with a reduction ofcooling in the summer months

• Lighting: turn off all lightingon floor(s). Note thatemergency lighting willremain.

• Janitorial: following reductionin services

- Wall to wall vacuum ofthe entire floor (monthly)

- Dusting of office space(monthly)
