• Potential T/o of £500k+ in 3 years

• Emphasis on high value added jobs i.e. generating £100k per head

• Key qualitative factors:– aspirations of the entrepreneur– coachable - openness to ideas and innovation– quality and scalability of business model– understanding markets and competition– quality and commitment of the management
