Group travel Our group travel option is the perfect choice for groups of a minimum of ten people travelling on the same flight. It gives you the benefit of additional flexibility, which is especially useful if the names of the group members are not finalised at the time of booking. You also need feeder flights and onward flights to connect with your group flight? That is not a problem either – we can also arrange these for you at an attractive rate. Special charters For larger groups, we can o≠er a complete aircraft for your exclusive use. This solution gives you the additional benefit of being able to fly to destinations that are not normally within the airberlin route network. Star Travel Package Are you planning an event and would like to fly in a number of smaller groups of fewer than ten persons from di≠erent cities? That’s no problem at all! Our Star Tavel Package o≠ers you the full flexibility of a group travel package if your larger group is divided into several smaller ones. All participants must be travelling in the same direction with at least one Group of ten. NEW: Congress and Event Fares Do you organise events with a minimum of 50 participants? Would you like to manage the delegates attending your events centrally from your travel department or via your partner travel agency, without losing track? In that case our Congress and Event Fares are the ideal fit for you. Delegates attending your event are ensured a tailored journey from various departure airports at a reduced fare. Fares are tailored specially for your event, calculated according to the routes, travel and booking periods – and will provide you with the flexibility necessary to meet your preferences. Enjoy greater discounts for larger-size events, and manage your participants with greater flexibility as well as peace of mind. Fare options may be less restricted and include rebooking free of charge and preferential conditions for any cancellation.
