Girls : good at literature, language and taking care of people

→ teachers or nurses

gender equality in jobs -discrimination in promotional

opportunities

Ex. the Department of Personnel 1/7 top managers is woman 70% female workers

Men-take on much more opportunity to support a family financially

Women-take care of the whole family

Some other problems -Sexual harassment at work -Pregnant, breastfeeding (the

environment) -underpayed for doing the same job -and so on…

SELF-REFLECTION

Men who own great power or wealth

plentiful love stories!!!

As for women single…

Stereotype that make people can’t entirely accept the fact that woman plays the dominant role.

Every time a female is at the helm or takes over an important post, the media will sure to report it at great length.

Is it really worth cheering and rejoicing?

Or

Is it still pathetic?

CONCLUSION

There is a long way to reach the true equality between sexes

-Get rid of the stereotype

-Show equal respect to both of the genders.
