Thomond Park Adventures

Enjoy an amazing Thomond Park TEAM Challenge

Give your Group a boost of adrenaline and excitement

that will be the topic of conversation for a very long time.

Descend from great heights (45 metres) of Thomond Park

Stadium at a pace that suits you, using ropes and very

specialised safety equipment and under the control of our

very highly qualified and experienced instructors.

Or TRY a Munster Rugby Tour, where your team/group walk

Team Challenge

Medieval Team Challenges at King John’s Castle

On our King Johns Castle Team Challenges package,

group members will get fantastic panoramic views of King

Johns Castle, the River Shannon and of Limerick City, as

well as a huge sense of achievement, whilst abseiling off

King John’s Castle.

Following the abseil, your group can include a King John’s

Castle Tour and other fun team building activities like

Archery, our Mobile Rock Climbing, Team Challenges, a

Limerick City Treasure Hunt or a Limerick City Boat Tour.

After this outing with us, skills like collaboration, effective

communication, team work and decision-making will have

The Great Limerick Team Hunt

On our group outings and team bonding sessions, your

group will work together to figure out our water and land

Whilst gliding along the majestic River Shannon, by kayak,

Climb High

Our Indoor Rock Climbing is a great way to build trust,

develop friendships, positive communication and

teamwork, whilst combining lots of fun and excitement.

We know that one size does not fit all and that every groups

aims and objectives is very different.

Whilst participating at our Indoor Rock Climbing, Archery,

Team Challenges and Archery Tag activities, we will ensure

you have a very safe, enjoyable and beneficial experience.

So, whether it is to achieve a goal, enjoy some healthy

competition or to simply have a fun and relaxing outing, we

can develop any kind of group outing to suit your needs.

Archery Tag is very like paintball but with out the mess.

Using foam tipped arrows, you are in competition whilst

ducking and hiding, not only from getting tagged but to try

and hit your opponents to score.
