It’s a tool to help us with self- and social awareness—to help us better understand how we, ourselves, and others, are feeling so we can better handle our emotions.

Its important to know that no feeling will last forever. No feeling is permanent.▪ It is normal to have feelings in every quadrant/section including feelings in the red and blue quadrant.▪ It is important to recognize your feelings throughout your day
