BEGINNER (New or Returning to Exercise): Not sure where to begin? Try one of the following introductory classes designed to teach you the very basics of each movement and get you ready for more! Beginner ZUMBA - If you are a beginner to exercise, this is the same as ZUMBA but a 30-minute version. BODYJAM - Is a 55-minute workout set to the latest music and greatest dance moves. You’ll burn calories, increase your fitness level and dance skills! BODYPUMP - A group barbell class that gives each participant a total body strength workout. Weights and movements can be adjusted for any level. Forever Fit - A group exercise class designed for older adults. Exercises include work for all major and minor muscle groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, and coordination. Forever Fit II - (CARDIO CIRCUIT) A group exercise class designed for older adults. Cardio Circuit is a non-impact cardiovascular conditioning class presented in a circuit format with alternating resistance tool work, and aerobic conditioning choreography. Gentle Yoga - Great for beginning yogis or individuals with limited mobility. Intro to Cycling - You will learn proper bike set up and participate in a workout. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts and bring water for hydration. Pilates - Core body strength conditioning based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. A class designed to teach the importance of strengthening muscle through muscle control and integrated isolation. You will reap the benefits of a better posture, a strong center, suppleness, and a feeling of well-being. Piyo- Blends Pilates and Yoga for the ultimate strength and stretch class! Step - Choreographed fitness routines utilizing bench. Welcome to Pilates - Strengthen and tone your body with the practice created by Joseph Pilates. Yoga - A 5,000 year old practice known to build strength, flexibility, balance as well as concentration, relaxation & creativity. ZUMBA - A fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! Family Aerobics - A great way to keep the entire family moving. Family Aerobics combines weight training, step and low impact drills designed to improve over all fitness for kids and adults ages 7 and up. INTERMEDIATE (Ready for more challenge): We are committed to help you feel successful and achieve your wellness goals. The following classes offer a progression in intensity and duration that will allow you to continue to challenge your body, spirit and mind; and thus become stronger. Cardio Blast - A combination of Hi/Lo, Step, Kick Boxing, or any cardio activity for intense cardiovascular conditioning with variety. Complete Cardio - 45-minutes of heart pumping cardiovascular drills. Contact Boxing - Bag drills combined with sports conditioning. Gloves required. Cycling - A workout that brings the fun and excitement of outdoor riding indoors. Please allow 5-10 minutes for proper bike set up prior to class. Killer Core n’ Cardio - The first 20 minutes of this class will be devoted to strengthening and toning your core. The ‘ remainder of the class will get your heart rate pumping and your muscles toned with a combination of cardio and muscle conditioning exercises. Muscle Conditioning - Increase muscle strength and tone utilizing hand weights, tubes and stability balls. Power Yoga - Traditional yoga with an emphasis on strength. Pump n’ Pedal - Cycling and resistance training combined in one session - what more could you ask for? Totally Step - A step training class for those who like challenging arms, footwork and complex combinations. ADVANCED (High Intensity Challenge): The following classes offer the most challenge in our program. The movements are more complex, the energy level much higher and experience is highly recommended! Cardio Blast - A combination of Hi/Lo, Step, Kick Boxing, or any cardio activity for intense cardiovascular conditioning with variety. Interval Circuit - Cardio training with hand weights and body resistance training worked in between cardio intervals. Super Cycle - 90-minuntes of cycling fun.
