Our group fitness classes include a full body workout incorporating cardio, muscle toning and strengthening the core. Most classes will include exercises in a time/repetition format. Classes will

vary throughout the year offering fresh ways to stay the course. Classses include POUND, pilates,

HIIT, kickboxing and more!

Childcare is available for the 9:15 am class.

Classes are located on the second floor in our Family Life Center. When announced

some may take place outdoors.

NEW THIS YEAR: BOOTCAMPS!

Come join us on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 PM

for an hour long, fast-pace workout! We will focus on full

body with weights, body-weight, tires, cardio, the

works! This is a co-ed class for all ages (16 years and older) sure to work all

areas of our mind and body.

OUR FIRST 6 WEEK BOOT CAMP WILL

BE HELD JAN. 1ST -FEB. 8TH!

BOOTCAMPS ARE $30 FOR

THE 6 WEEK SESSION. *Bundle with monthly TruFit

registration or add spouse for only $15.
