SPIN Get fitter faster with our indoor cycling workout to music. Take on the terrain with our instructor who will lead you through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

CIRCUIT Dramatically increase your fitness and endurance levels. A combination of free weight and cardio exercises bring you a class that tones and defines muscles with amazing speed. This is one energetic workout that comes with a warning – no matter what your fitness level you are definitely going to have fun!

BOXFIT Boxing class incorporates basic boxing movements and technique, designed to improve the lifestyle of our participants through weight loss, muscle tone, increased fitness and confidence.

STEP Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of a typical Step class. It’s a full body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. Exercises are also included to work the upper body and there are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely.

ZUMBA The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in the exciting body-energizing and calorie-burning zone.

BOKWA Participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio dance workout routine. Moving together to today’s most popular music, participants of all ages draw the Bokwa® L, 3, J, K and dozens of other dance steps.

BALANCE A unique combination of Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi exercises to build flexibility and develop core muscle strength. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches and postural moves to music will give you a workout that brings the body into a state of harmony.
