Group Digipak and Magazine feedback
Robyn Marshall-Dawson
I began by making the survey and asking the audience for their gender
and age so that we could see whether our magazine and digipak attracted to our target audience, which is around
16-24 years old. We also asked for the gender so that we could see how it
effected male and females differently.
I then asked whether the audience thought that the digipak was effective, this was so we could get an idea as to
whether people liked the digipak or not. All of our responses said that our
digipak was effective, they said that its bold and professional looking which is what we wanted to achieve from our
digipak.
I then asked whether people would be interested in buying the album after seeing the digipak,
most people said yes for this. This helps us because we are able to see how effective and attractive
our digipak is.
Then I asked if our digipak looks professional so we could see if we had put our digipak together correctly to make it look realistic. Everyone that
answered this question said that they thought our digipak was effective
because of the images and the layout design.
We then showed the audience a picture of our group magazine poster and
asked whether they believed that it looked professional, everyone that
answered this said that it was professional looking. Mainly because its clear and easy to read and understand the information. It also includes all of the conventions of a magazine poster.
We then asked the audience if they believed they thought that our
magazine poster was effective so that we could tell if our magazine poster
and digipak were effective and linked together.
Finally I asked whether our digipak and magazine poster linked together,
this was important because we needed to know whether we had
successfully created brand recognition or not. I think they linked together because we used the same fonts and similar images throughout
both of our ancillary tasks.
