Via Brasil Steakhouse proudly offers a truly authentic Rodizio Dining experience, with unlimited offerings of up to 21 Rotisserie Grilled Meats, Lamb, Pork and Seafood, Steakhouse Side Dishes Made-to-Order, and Gourmet Appetizer/Salad Bar featuring the Freshest Ingredients and over 40 Hot and Cold Dishes made from scratch. In addition our Chefs are fully prepared to meet any Dietary Restrictions guests may have, whether; Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free or Allergy related.

A Fine Dining level of service and attention to detail are a part of every Dining Experience at Via Brasil Steakhouse and Private Dining Events are no exception. A full team of servers and carvers will be assigned solely to each Private Dining Event.

The Amenities

Via Brasil Steakhouse offers two Private Dining Spaces featuring a combined capacity of up to 150 guests and a Full restaurant Capacity of over 365 for buyout events. The Private Dining space is perfect for any occasion, personal or business related and features (5) 100” projection screens, mounted projector, a separate Audio system. The semi-private dining space features its own 100” Screen and mounted projector, as well. Audio/Video equipment is available at no extra charge.

TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

GUEST COUNTS

The number of guests listed on the party contract will be considered a minimum guarantee. This will serve as the minimum number of guests that will be charged for this event. Altering the number of guests by 10 or more may void any special offers or concessions that have been made for your event. Parties changing in number of guests by 10 or more will be required to give 1 weeks’ notice to properly staff and prep for the event. And to ensure that the new party size can be accommodated. A final guaranteed head count within 2 guests must be given 48 hours prior to the event. When giving guest counts, note the number of children included in this total. Failing to disclose this information may void any special offers or concessions that have been made for your event.

PACKAGES

Via Brasil Steakhouse offers a Variety of Food and Beverage Packages for Group Events. Event space may be reserved for a period of up to 4 hours at no additional charge if agreed upon in advance. All Packages Must be agreed upon before the event begins. Beverage Packages are set for 2-hrs. Guests may extend their beverage package beyond 2 hours for an additional charge.

LOCATION OF EVENT

Via Brasil Steakhouse has the choice of Private, Semi-Private or Main Dining space for larger group events. When choosing your event space and discussing options with our Event Manager, availability as well as Requirements for booking, will be explained. Due to the high demand on the Semi-Private and Private Dining Spaces, there may be restrictions as to the dates and times these rooms are available throughout the year. During higher volume times of the year there may also be a restriction on the length of available time for an event. Due to these factors, the choice of Location may not be finalized until a Party Contract has been completed, submitted and the Event Manager has given final approval. Private Dining and Semi-Private Dining spaces are also booked on a first come first serve basis so what may have been available at the time of inquiry may no longer be available at a later date if a finalized contract has not been submitted and approved.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation to and from the Las Vegas Strip can be arranged through Via Brasil Steakhouse via a third party source. In the event a transportation fee is required, all transportation Fees will be added to the final bill the day of the event. Transportation will be arranged for the number of guests listed below and any applicable Transportation Fees charged using this number as the minimum number of guests to be charged. Transportation fees may increase based on additional guests but never decrease below the number of guests listed below.

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS

The use of any outside lighting or decorations of any kind is not permitted without previous authorization in writ-ing from Via Brasil Steakhouse Management.

The use of Microphone, Outside Entertainment and/or Personal Music is not permitted unless previously agreed upon in writing by Via Brasil Steakhouse Management.

Additional accommodations may require additional charges for the use of these services.

Any changes of any kind made to an Event after an agreement has been made may void any special offers or con-cessions that have been made for your event. This includes, but is not limited to Change of Event date or times, Number of Guests in attendance, number of entertainers performing or scheduled times for entertainment.

EXTENDED TIME OF EVENTS

Please keep in mind your event is being given priority over other reservations. While event space may be reserved for up to 4 hours at no additional charge, events that will exceed 2-hrs must be agreed upon before the event date.
