the service.

1. A shopper searches for the product on the mall’s website.

2. Page through listings to find the item you want. Availability of goods may sometimes be reflected and reservation may be done.

3. You’re asked how you’d like to be notified to make sure product is in stock, either e-mail or text message. You’ll usually hear back in 10 minutes or so.

4. If the item is available, you go to the store to buy the item. If it isn’t available, you may be given the option to purchase online.
