IC200 CHARACTERISTICS– threshold illumination can be adjusted within a range from 2 to 200 lux, photocell type “board's front panel”;– release time when closing or opening a circuit: not less than 40 s;– illumination control: indicating lamp lights up when threshold illumination is reached.

Limit switch enclosure
Explosion-proof enclosure of the limit switch is manufactured from stainless steel. Powder coating with epoxy paint color grey RAL7035. Screws for enclosure and cover are made from stain-less steel.
Enclosure is equipped with inner and outer ground bolt. Con-nection joints of enclosure with cover and a head have silicone sealants. Limit switch shall be fastened using 2 mounting holes 5,4x8 mm.

Schneider Electric contact block series XE2… is extracted from the device together with enclosure cover which ensures maximum convenience of device installation. Contact blocks are manufactured from reinforced nylon with different types of contacts and have a regulating screw for an accurate set-ting of actuating point. Contacts have numbers, contact type designation and identification code.
Various types of interchangeable Schneider Electric heads series Telemecanique type ZCKE are applied in DVG-KV ex-plosion-proof limit switches. All heads are completed with fixating captive screws. There are no specific rules defining selection of one or another head: head selection is deter-mined by correspondence to customer’s needs.

against accidental switching in case of dropping of different objects or ice from the racks, and its large size allows to work in gloves (which is important for outdoor operation at low temperatures).

Clamps are connected to the metal part of the road tanker’s frame. After pressing of “MEASURING” button, static electricity flows from the road tanker to the earth main line (PE). The second wire measures resistance of ground circuit resistance, transi-tion resistance between clamps’ contacts, and resistance of wires of grounding conductor. If summarized measured resistance does not exceed (60±20) Ohm, “GROUNDED” indicating sign lights up allowing road tanker unloading-loading operations.
The following sequence of actions shall be followed in order to measure transition resistance:1. Connect clamps of grounding conductor to the non-painted metal part of the road tanker. 2. Get “MAINS” switch to “ON” position. Observe lighting up of “NOT GROUNDED” (red indicating sign). 3. Press and hold “MEASURING” button for 2 seconds. 4. If summarized transition resistance is within (60±20) Ohm, light indication “NOT GROUNDED” shall go out (red indicating
sign) and “GROUNDED” light indication lights up (orange indicating sign). Road tanker unloading-loading operation will start within 5 seconds after lighting up of “GROUNDED” light indication and “PUMP IS ON” indicating sign will light up (green indicat-ing sign).
5. If light indication does not change after 2 seconds, “MAINS” switch shall be switched to “OFF” position, connection of measuring clamps shall be checked and actions in clauses 2-4 shall be repeated.

• RGVK explosion-proof socket is an Ex-component and can be installed in the enclosures with Ex d type of protection.
• Explosion-proof built-in sockets type RGVK and plugs type VGM are intended for connection of portable equipment: portable lamps, measuring devices, storage batteries, pumps, fans, air blowers, compressors, generators and other non-stationary and portable devices.
• Explosion-proof built-in RGVK socket is switched on by input of VGM plug and turning it to 45°. Along with that closing of internal switch occurs. Switch of RGVK sockets turns on only when VGM plug is plugged in. Plug can be extracted from the socket only when the switch is in OFF position.
• When socket is placed receptacle down, degree of protection is IP66 as per GOST 14254-96, in other position – degree of protection is IP54 as per GOST 14254-96.
• Explosion-proof built-in sockets type RGVK can be installed not only in enclosure wall, but also on the cover.
