LAYOUT

The whole area is divided into the following sections:

1. Welcome guest area : decorated with street banners, vertical banners,

reception counters and air gate

2. Welcome VIPs area : air-conditioner tent with salon, blue and white fresh

flower vase, tea so that VIPs can exchange, take a rest in the comfortable and

private area.

3. Information area : with photos, information, timeline,…etc of project so that

attendees can talk to each other and have a general overlook about this.

4. Ceremony area : where is take place of the main ceremony, speeches,

entertainment…,etc

5. Groundbreaking area : is placed that use for starting the machine to mark

the official process of building putting into operation

• The ceremony opened by "Drum Triumph“ repertoirewith the powerful rhythms and resounding.

• Drums team on stage began with powerful drum.Then, Korean – Vietnamese flag team appeared fromand run on stage for performances.

• It’s create a spectacular opening repertoire.

• The repertoire is not only express the wish of successfor business , symbolizes a spirit of continuousdevelopment, but also the advantages of sustainableinterference between two cultures Korea - Vietnam.
