In less thantwo decades, our vision of usingMother Earth's resources wisely hasspread from our modest roots inLancaster, Pennsylvania, to theworld's tallest building in Dubai,United Arab Emirates. Our ecojourney isn't just expanding ourgeographic distribution; it's expand-ing your options for environmentallypreferred flooring that protects ourplanet and people everywhere.

Our Story. ECOsurfaces flooring was environmen-tally correct long before sustainable design madethe scene. Our floors use 100% post-consumer

material salvaged from America's junkyards and landfills -- recycled rubber tires -- as their basic

component. We grind the tires intoclean rubber granules and tripledistill the mix to eliminate any metal,dirt or fibers. Then, out of sightcolors made from 30% pre-consumerwaste -- UV-resistant EPDM flecks --are added in. Everything is mixedand bound together using a water-based polyurethane polymer. Theentire manufacturing process isenvironmentally responsible usingminimal water, avoiding heat,reusing in-line scrap to decrease

waste and requiring no smokestacks. The result iscool-looking, environmentally savvy commercialflooring that passes strict tests for indoor air quality,low-VOC emissions and is 100% recyclable.

Cleaning & MaintenanceAll ECOsurfaces flooring systems must be maintained asrecommended. The type and frequency of maintenance willvary according to maintenance equipment and desiredappearance of product. Detailed maintenance instructions areavailable at www.ecosurfaces.com or through yourECOsurfaces representative.

WarrantyECOsurfaces is guaranteed by Dodge-Regupol, Inc. to be freeof manufacturing defects in both material and workmanship. If such a defect is discovered, the customer must notify Dodge-Regupol, Inc. directly or through the contracting installeror distributor. If found to be defective within five years, the soleremedy against the seller will be either the replacement or repairof the defective goods, or at the seller’s option, credit may beissued not exceeding the selling price of the defective goods.

The ECOsurfaces warranty shall not cover dissatisfaction dueto improper maintenance or installation, damage fromimproper maintenance or usage or general misuse, including,without limitation, burns, cuts, tears, scratches, scuffs,indentation damage from high heels, rolling loads, damage ordiscoloration from floor care products not recommended byeither Gerbert Ltd. or Dodge-Regupol, extended exposure todirect sunlight or differences in color between samples orphotographs and actual flooring.
