Everyone wants to be involved in the Fringe action.

From corporate hospitality, to social club functions or special tailored events, Fringe Hospitality is available from February 15 to March 17 2013 in the exclusive Fringe Club and throughout the City.

Host your special guests on a balmy summer evening in the Fringe Club, a purpose built haven where world-renowned artists and VIPs hang out under the stars before and after shows. Located in the prime parkland position of Rymill Park the venue incorporates a bar, stage and marquee in an intimate and illuminated outdoor garden scene.

Fringe Hospitality includes pre-show food and beverages in the Club and FringeTIX to the show of your choice. Post-show, your guests will have VIP passes to get back into the Fringe Club for a money-can’t-buy experience with free entertainment from the hottest Fringe acts.

Adelaide Fringe 2013 will showcase over 1,000 events in 300 venues – those looking to entertain friends, colleagues, clients or staff will not be disappointed. The Fringe Club is licenced to hold 1,000 for the hottest party in town!

Treat your clients and staff to an evening of fun and excitement in the exclusive Fringe Club before seeing a Fringe show of your choice. Fringe Hospitality Packages include:

• An evening for 10 or more guests to experience the exclusive Fringe Club**

• A dedicated host to welcome you and your guests to the Fringe Club and ensure your night runs smoothly

• 1 or 1.5 hour catering package pre or post show, including shared antipasto platters and hand-made wood oven pizzas

• 1 or 1.5 hour beverage package including Peter Lehmann Wines, Adelaide Hills Cider, Coopers beer and soft drinks

• FringeTIX to a show of your choice*

• Post-show access to the Fringe Club for more entertainment – licensed until 3am

• Gelati or coffee voucher to be redeemed in the Fringe Club pre or post show

1.5 hour Fringe Hospitality Package for 10 guests = $1,450 (+GST)**

* Based on FringeTIX prices of $50 (including booking fee) or under. FringeTIX for ‘premium’ shows over $50 may incur additional fee.

** Hospitality can be extended to create a function for up to 200 guests, at $130 per guest for 1 hour package or $145 per guest for 1.5 hour package.

Please allow 20 minutes minimum to leave Fringe Club to get to your show’s venue. The Fringe Hospitality Team will assist you to usher guests to the venue, or transport via the Fringe Bus. Following your event, your VIP passes will gain access back into the Club for post-event celebrations.
