OVEN 2. In a full size sheet pan, fold 1 1⁄4-cups butter into refreshed hashbrowns, spread evenly, season to taste and bake. Convection: 450 ̊F for 8-10 min. Conventional: 525̊ F for 10-15 min.

Potato Pancake Mix:1. In a bowl combine mix with 2 quarts hot water (120̊-150˚F), stir and refrigerate for 30 min. 2. Stir 2-cups blended whole eggs into cooled mixture.

3. Scoop onto well-oiled grill (375˚F), press flat. Grill 3 min., each side.
