Stay hydrated. Use a refillable water bottle and refill it constantly.
Tip # 2 Wear comfortable shoes.
Tip #3 Sleep whenever you can. (Nap, doze, conk out, power-nap, cat-nap, take a disco nap, whatever, if you can close your eyes for 15 minutes, do it.)
Pick up your morning cup at the hotel before hopping the monorail to the convention center.
