Since 1977, Tom Greer and his associates have been privileged to build, renovate, and restore some of the

finest homes in Virginia. We have been honored with the distinction of being one of the area’s premier builders and our reputation and commitment to quality building is renowned.

We are knowledgeable and experienced in a broad spectrum of building types, styles, and designs. We have assembled a team of professional craftsmen that work in unison to obtain your unique goal. We are accomplished in both residential and commercial construction.

It has been our dedication to detail and our “hands on” ability to handle on the spot decisions that have won our favor among the leading architects in the area.

Although we venerate the “tried & true” building traditions and techniques of the past, we embrace the new advancements in the building trade as well. Our crews and subcontractors maintain a thorough knowledge of current materials and new technology. This up-to-date training results in economical solutions as well as a sensitivity toward environmental concerns. We are Earth Craft certified and build LEED recognized homes. Above all, however, we are committed to our client’s needs and satisfaction.

We look forward to the opportunity of working together with you to achieve a dream that will endure and improve the quality of life for generations to come.

From inception we are committed and dedicated to our client’s satisfaction. We understand the significance as

well as the dynamics of the investment they are undertak-ing. It is our ambition to be involved with our client from the onset of the design phase. This enables us to identify and work through potential complications in advance and to make prudent, sound recommendations providing our client with positive results.

It is of the utmost importance for us to maintain a produc-tive and efficiently run job site. Therefore we are commit-ted to assigning a crew of foremen and carpenters that meet our client’s specific needs based on the level of work that is

being performed. This ensures consistency and overall job effectiveness.

We are committed to the importance of job site cleanliness, the proper disposal of waste and above all safety. It has been our experience that these are a very vital combination, but an often overlooked part of effective and productive job management.

Sound and efficient business practices, an acute awareness and complete understanding of our client’s expectations are our unwavering commitment.

Our employees are the pillars of our company . . . . We realize our business is only as good as the sum

result of the product we produce. By employing our own foremen, craftsmen, and laborers, we have the distinct and uncommon advantage of quality assurance and control. Most of our employees have been with us for over twenty years.

In addition, we have assembled and maintained a professional working rapport with a pool of the finest and most reputable subcontractors in the area. Coupled together with our Crew, we tailor the project’s subcontractors based on the specific and individual needs required. This ensures an efficient, productive, and exceptionally satisfying outcome for all.

Quality building materials are the principal factor involved in sound building practices. The proper

choice of materials sets the tone of the structural integrity of the building and secures the aspects of indelible value, nominal maintenance requirements, energy efficiency, as well as aesthetic fulfillment. Starting with the founda-tion, we select the best materials available while working within our client’s budget and design frame.

We have a deep understanding of finish materials and how important they are to the overall design. We are able to create and craft the most intricate designs with materi-als that are as unique as our clients. We are seasoned in unique applications and are comfortable working with materials and products from around the world.

A major part of our client’s satisfaction comes from making sure that their vision is being interpreted and created as they see it. Therefore, we have established a

great working relationship with many of the top Interior Designers and Landscape Architects here and abroad. It is important for us to be flexible and understanding, as the design decisions are often a work in progress. We understand this process and are accomplished in providing the proper support as well as the necessary tools to achieve the finished objectives.
