Mason Jar LightOld mason jar with older candlelight that you plug into wall. Dried up flowers and grass in the bottom of jar from an outside garden. Then there is some dried up fruit that was going to be composted but instead dried out and used for a little decoration in bottom of jar. Then the ribbon is a ripped up piece of shirt that was used to add a little scarf to it.
Window DecorationThis is an old window. The wreath was bought at an antique store along with the gourds that were homemade by a close friends farm that upcycled materials and creates these amazing festival decorations. The window was also from a upcycling store that was nearby in town.
My Hall Directors Upcycled productsSo here is some of my Hall Directors Upcycled stuff that she helped me out with for the two things above on previous slides. She is all about the upcycling and it was a privilege to work with her on this. In the right hand corner she had a old chair that was turned into a planter. Then on the bottom is a old chicken feeder that was turned into a plant holder! How cool is that!!!
More Upcycling!In the upper right hand corner this is a stack of old books wrapped together and stamped with some halloween decorations on top. This was such a simple and amazing thing that was put together. The bottom is also a book that was cut apart and made to look like a pumpkin decoration! I was so amazed as these upcycled items and how they are like the coolest things ever and I can’t wait to make more things out of random recycled materials, or any materials for that matter.
