Bicycling & WalkingCapital Bikeshare: DC has one of the largest bike sharing systems, with more than 200 stations and 2500 bikes, including near AU’s main gate on Mass. Ave and at the Tenley Metro.

Electric Vehicles: Electric vehicles, such as the Chevy Volt & Nissan Leaf, can use the charging station in the Katzen garage for free with an AU parking permit
