Do’s

Wear the correct attire when doing sports.

Warm up before you start doing your sport.

Be aware of your own safety as well as your peers.

Listen to instructions very carefully.

Drink a lot of water, be hydrated!

Don’ts

Do not continue playing your sport if you are feeling unwell.

No rough play!

Do not run on wet and slippery floors. You may fall and injure yourself.

Do not wear any accessories (eg. watch).

Never exercise too much.

Do not eat before doing a sport.
