Mr. Kilburn

Mr. Kilburn said he had a big project for our horticulture class. We happily agreed to do the project. Comes to find out were going to fix up the school’s greenhouse during the fall of 2011 and spring of 2012.

• During the first full week of September in 2011 our class started to take off old broken pieces of wood with nails hanging out along with a broken window.

• Afterwards we added on new plywood, then cut holes for exhaust fans to be put in.

but now it has

two big vents.

Inside is a complete mess with a bunch of junk all over the place. Once it’s cleaned up there will be one hundred flowers with fifty different verities.

• There’s a torn up human sun dial. It will look better in the spring of 2012

• Sun dials have cement blocks of the months with the other blocks that have the time around the months.

• You use it by standing between the current month and the next month. Then you’ll see your shadow on the correct time.
