colour application form (w ith 2 passport size photographs),Admit card and Bank draft should be submitted. No otherdocument/certif icate is required to be submitted w ith thisform.

2. Admit card with photograph aff ixed on it (not stapled) andthree signatures at the bottom of the admit card should besubmitted.

3 . B ank dr af t for ` 2360/- must be in favour of the Comptroller,PAU, Ludhiana payable at Ludhiana should be submitted(otherw ise application w ill be rejected).

4. The applicants w ho have downloaded the application formfrom t he PAU w ebsite are required to subm it the bank draft of

` 3600/- in favour of the Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana payableat Ludhiana (otherw ise application w ill be rejected).

5. The application form must be signed by the candidate,parents/guardian and duly attested by the competentauthority.

6. Application form is to be submitted well in advance so as toreach on or before the due date in the office of TheRegistrar, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana-141004.
