The process is a 100 percent food contaminated solid waste stream process with 100 percent reclamation and sustainability; zero landfill required; and 100 percent post-consumer tissue products along with the lowest carbon footprint products.

There are currently 120 billion poly-coated paper cups used annually by consumers; the Green Box process can recycle these post-consumer paper cups into re-manufactured post-consumer paper cups in a process that has zero waste water discharge and zero waste to landfill.

Green Box manufactures various BTU fuel pellets from various sorted food contaminated waste stream materials. The low BTU pellets are a great coal substitute (non-sulfur), and in addition, when the low BTU pellet is used in the Green Box liquefaction system, it produces a higher percentage of production gas and char with less synthetic oil. These pellets through the liquefaction system have produced quality production gas, synthetic oil and biochar.
