ORANGE PIE

INGREDIENTS
•2 oranges
•2 yoghurts
•450 gr pastry sheets
•6 eggs
•1 glass of corn oil
•1 glass of sugar
•3 vanillas
•1 packet of baking powder

Put the pastry sheets in the oven to dry.
‘
Put the sugar in a bowl.
‘
Put the oil in the bowl.
‘
Peel the oranges and put it in the bowl.
‘
Put the yoghurt in the bowl.
‘
Break the eggs in the bowl.
‘
Put the baking powder in the bowl.
‘
Put the vanilla in the bowl.
‘
Mix well.
‘
Put the pastry sheets in the bowl in small pieces.
‘
Mix a little.
‘
Oil a dish.
‘
Put the mixture in the dish.
‘
Put the dish in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 min. until it is brown.
‘
Prepare the syrup: put 2 glasses of sugar in a bowl.
‘
Put 3 glasses of water in the bowl.
‘
Put the juice and the peel from one orange in the bowl.
‘
Boil the syrup for about 10
minutes and let it cool.
‘
When the pie is ready, cut it in pieces.
‘
Drop the syrup on the orange pie.
