Management training needs

Mrs. Constantina Mroumpou runs the company and is interested in enhancing her management skills. She has craft training in jewellery making but no management training.

This meant that she was very interested in the enterprise cultural heritage (ECH) training material. She found all these issues very new and informative. She was also involved in the ECH training needs analysis.
