description

Integrated Compliance One of the biggest challenges organizations are facing especially in the financial and insurance sector are managing the significant and growing numbers of regulations and changes on, policies, country manuals, customer meeting documentations and procedures that they are required to communicate to employees and demonstrating compliance to regulators, auditors and senior management. From a legal perspective, Policy Management in Companies is a must. It does not only ease policies creation and audit preparation, but it should be a significant part of Governance-, Risk- and Compliance-Management (GRC). Policy Counsel, Policy Desk, Compliance Officer and Legal departments are in charge to minimizing legal risks and to ensure employees acting compliant and act compliant with laws, regulations and internal governance rules. To be compliant is basic for everyone’s job. For many employees of the organizations GRC and the growing numbers on Policies is confusing and disconnected from what they do in their day-to-day working tasks. It is no longer enough to have the proper policies or GRC documentations e.g. as 120 pdf pages; you have to show the operational effectiveness.

INFORMATION OVERLOAD In a fast changing world employees need to process unstructured

information more often than ever before; e.g. new and changing rules and

regulations are literally released on a daily basis.

Integrated ComplianceOne of the biggest challenges organizations are facing especially in the financial and insurance sector are managing the

significant and growing numbers of regulations and changes on, policies, country manuals, customer meeting documentations

and procedures that they are required to communicate to employees and demonstrating compliance to regulators, auditors and

senior management.

From a legal perspective, Policy Management in Companies is a must. It does not only ease policies creation and audit

preparation, but it should be a significant part of Governance-, Risk- and Compliance-Management (GRC). Policy Counsel,

Policy Desk, Compliance Officer and Legal departments are in charge to minimizing legal risks and to ensure employees acting

compliant and act compliant with laws, regulations and internal governance rules.

To be compliant is basic for everyone’s job. For many employees of the organizations GRC and the growing numbers on Policies

is confusing and disconnected from what they do in their day-to-day working tasks. It is no longer enough to have the proper

policies or GRC documentations e.g. as 120 pdf pages; you have to show the operational effectiveness.

Social Business CollaborationCollaborative Content Creation is not sufficiently supported today.

Systems used by enterprise workers have not been built to cope with

those challenges.

MISALIGNED TECHNOLOGYThe currently used technologies do not match present Governance,

Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) needs.

Organizations are realizing that the high misalignment oftechnologies indicates the demand for very agile anddynamic GRC information.

Furthermore in all day-to-day working tasks technologyarchitecture has to be integrated in order to aligndistributed systems and content feeds.

At the end of the day advanced reports shall be providedon the state of GRC plus their impact on the strategy of theorganization, its performance, objectives and integrity.

THE CHALLENGESwill be turned into a solution using Combionic ‘s innovative

Business Gateway Technology. Letting people work in context

across multiple screens makes them productive and more

confident and is part of making consumption processes more

efficiently.

Relevance & AttentionFor decades process improvement has focused on efficiency. The thing about efficiency is it is finite. What’s next? I think

identifying and removing distractions. In a digital world, the process model is dead and will inhibit capitalizing on “business

moments.” Gartner describes these as “competition that appears from nowhere, disrupts, disappears, or transforms.” A focus

on increasing creativity, harnessing innovation and capturing business moments will require a different approach. *

Might we be spending more time at work being distracted from what we need to do than actually accomplishing what we set

out to do? Even if distractions erode 20% of a workday, this comes up to a lot of brain power left on the table. *

Combionic supports attention efficiently showing information and potential actions only relevant for the task at hand without

blocking access to further information.

Using Combionic ‘s innovative Business Gateway Technology is key for not working in an information shell.

BRAIN-AWARE-ENTERPRISEin our digital world, the old process and control model is dead and will inhibit

capitalizing on “business moments”. Gartner describes these as “competition that

appears from nowhere, disrupts, disappears, or transforms.” A focus on increasing

creativity, harnessing innovation and capturing business moments will require a

different approach. Inversion of Control (“system don´t call me, I´ll call you“), controlled

by human should be the new paradigm.

VOICE OF CUSTOMER“All other solutions are showing us the ‘old fashioned’ GRC apps;

technology driven, focused on automated checks and control, based on

theoretical workflows and rules engines without the urgently needed

human support in a fast changing world.”

By compliance-at-you-fingertips you use being compliant as a competitive advantage!

Voice of Customer: “All other solutions are showing us the ‘old fashioned’ GRC apps; technologydriven, focused on automated checks and control, based on theoretical workflows and rulesengines without the urgently needed human support in a fast changing world.”

All competitors have built their more or less “cumbersome” application with specific clients orbrowser access. Where people have to jump onto the dedicated clients to find and to readwhole documents “only” to get the relevant input.
