Meditation for the World Peace in the Park
The most important journey you can take is the journey within. This four–week course includes the philosophy behind the meditation, guided meditation commentaries as well as simple exercises, tips and techniques to enhance the skill of meditation. No physical exercises, postures or mantras involved.
A course of four consecutive weeks, one session per week,7.30 – 9.00pm starting on the following dates:
