PROJECT PURPOSE
•The purpose of this project was to research the feasibility/viability and risk/reward factor of launching a collateral marketing company that caters towards small businesses
•To be prepared for a successful launch by April 30th 2014
ACTIVITIES INVOLVED•Researched marketing industry patterns,
market wants/needs, sector competition, sector suppliers, permits/insurance, total costs involved
•Planned delivery routes, pricing strategies, operational strategies, marketing strategies
•Attended and networked at multiple events
