121 Business Coach specialists in training across cultures In this latest contraction of the Spanish economy it has become a matter of urgency to sell to all nationalities living and working in Spain. As businesses strive to expand through development and penetration of product and services to traditionally non Spanish speakers it is important to understand how these nationalities and their cultures think. All sales people and business professionals know first impressions are everything. Whether launching a new product, delivering a sales presentation or representing your company at an overseas exhibition, how you are received will be based on how you act and what you say. The most experienced sales teams face challenges and frustrations when they venture into un-chartered waters for the first time, they realise that techniques that work for the Spanish market is not as effective with our EU neighbours. Different approaches to meetings, negotiating, building trust and closing a sale all impact on the success of selling across cultures. With these challenges in mind, 121 Business Coach has developed a series of training modules designed to help Spanish and non Spanish businesses to excel in this unknown market.Course aims: - To assist sales managers and professionals to develop the intercultural competence and communication skills necessary when selling across cultures. Upon completion of a 121 Business Coach course, students will understand the key issues and motivators that drive international clients and will be aware of the skills and strategies required to sell and negotiate more effectively.
