June 2007 – City of Hapeville, GA - $1,585,344 – LCI Implementation grant for streetscape improvements on North Central Avenue. July 2007 – City of Hapeville, GA - $50,000 – Signature Communities grant for public art through Fulton County Arts Council and the Georgia Department of community Affairs.
