Proposed Land Acquisitions (HMGP Projects)
Each of the four projects in design phase will require acquisition of land and/or easements
Pace & Patterson Lane property acquisitions have been approved by the Board.
Negotiations between property owners and county are underway for three other projects
Land acquisitions need to be completed by the issuance of Phase II agreement with DEM (expected sometime in 2017)
In order to maintain cost effectiveness requirements and/or stay within grant budget restraints, the Board may be required to fully fund the acquisition of necessary property, resulting in additional local share costs
