Vertical Integration
Gransolar, PV Hardware & Ingenia
Integrated approach competitive advantages:
Reduced times and costs developing and assessing project opportunities
Controlled risk during project execution stages
Higher success ratio for project development and execution
Cross-synergies from experience obtained in construction/operation to development and vice versa
Lower cost of capital given redeployment of development/construction/BOS margins as equity into projects
Vertical integration and specialization
GRS + ISE + PVH are vertically integrated covering all activities in the PV Solar value chain (with the exception of module and inverter manufacturing).

Our resources
Ingenia
INGENIA'S REMOTE OPERATIONS CENTRE (ROC) at Albacete controls and monitors the performance of PV systems all year long. The Centre is resourced by a team of technicians using high performance computer hardware and software which is upgraded regularly and supported to ensure optimum performance.
Validation and verification tests require specific instrumentation to complete. At Ingenia we invest in the latest specialist equipment to ensure that our laboratory technicians and engineers have the tools they need to provide the most accurate results.
Our technicians have significant experience in the inspection and assessment of PV modules. Visual inspection for major defects Thermographic inspection for hot spots
or cell cracks Insulation resistance test Peak power determination
15
INGENIA'S LABORATORY is capable of testing 200 PV modules per week. The laboratory can easily co-ordinate the receipt, storage and transfer of large PV panels from multiple clients, suppliers and locations.
