Referential Characteristics of the Property

• Surface area 11 hectares approximately, with an estimated front of 650 m and a varying

depth of not less than 150 m.

• The topography shows a relatively flat surface, with no major accidents and a slight slope

towards the sea..

• The connection to the metropolitan road network is given by the pathway known as

Beach circuit, allowing linkage too the north, south and center sectors of Lima.

Basic Referential Characteristics of the Project

The project has the following basic referential characteristics, according to the Rules and

the Right to Surface Area Constitution Law Contract.

• According to the type of contract as provided in the scheme of Legal Right to Surface

area, it is a DFBOT type contract (Design, Finance, Build, Operate and Transfer).

• The surface owner has the right and the obligation to operate the Project, and to receive

additional income for services that may be associated with it, according to the provisions

specified in the contract.

• The term of the surface area rights shall be computed from the date of signing of the

Right to Surface Area Constitution Law Contract, subject to the terms and conditions

provided therein. The final deadline shall be stated in the contract
