What does the Corporate Management Scheme involve?

•Four rotational placements throughout the business

•Provides a broad experience of how the company works and the many opportunities there are available

•Intention is to build a pool of ‘future managers’

Operational placement, reviewing our complaint handling processes in PetPlan.

Claims placement, business change team involved in a project to reduce claims mis-direction.

Sales and Marketing placement, delievered product refreshes and market research reports.

Underwriting placement, Property and Casualty new business underwriter in one of our regional branches.

I have recently taken the role of Account Executive in the Broker Distribution Team

• Producing a brand new report which is now used by the management board to analyse complaints

• Creating a ‘Claims Cube’ which is now on every Allianz claims handler’s desk throughout the country

• Delivering a project which was 12 months overdue when I inherited it

• Writing almost £150k worth of new property and casualty business
