All the Ph.D. Research Scholars are hereby informed that, as per Academic

Regulations the academic year for Ph.D. programme from July to June every year.

Vide ref. cited above, The Honble Vice-Chancellor is pleased to permit the following for submission of Ph.D. Thesis and payment of Tuition fees.

1. Grade period of 30 days will be given to the scholars i.e. end

of July every year.

2. Those who will be submit the Ph.D. thesis in the month of

August, they have to pay semester fee of Rs.10,000/-

3. Those who will be submit the Ph.D. Thesis after August

they have to pay the full tuition fee.

Further, the students admitted during 2009-10 and before, may also be permitted to

have a grace period of 30 days without any extension and if they are not going to submit the thesis

before 31st July, they have to apply for extension as per rules.
