AnnMarie Kneebone NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE OR WHERE YOU ARE ON LIFE’S JOURNEY, YOU ARE WELCOME HERE! The grace of the Holy Spirit and the peace of Christ be with you. The journey through Lent, Holy Week, and Easter is the journey of our lives compacted in a few weeks. There is struggle, euphoria, devastation, and triumph. The cycles of these periods in our lives vary in length and intensity. It may feel like whatever we are going through is what the rest of our lives will be like. But the cycle continues in some shape or form. Easter is a celebration of resurrection, of triumph, of relief. We recognize this relief from our own lives when times of struggle and devastation turn the corner to euphoria or triumph. The Easter triumph though is The Big triumph. The Ultimate WIN. The Great Relief. We live our lives, no matter where we are in the cycle, as Easter People. Every Sunday is a Little Easter. This is why the 40 days of Lent excludes Sundays. It is also why I don't shy away from singing Hallelujah on the Sundays of Easter. In the midst of struggle and devastation we need to have moments of euphoria and triumph. As I write this we are in the middle of Lent. Our concentration is more on the struggle and the devastation. It is meet and right for us to do so. However, the smell of the Easter dew is not far off. Soon we will emerge from our Lenten struggle into the triumph of Resurrection. Let us prepare our hearts now for this euphoria. It will help us to be prepared for future struggles in our lives, reminding us that we are Easter People and with our faith we can walk through everything. Peace, Pastor AnnMarie

NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE OR WHERE YOU ARE ON LIFE’S JOURNEY, YOU ARE WELCOME HERE!

Peace,

Pastor AnnMarie

define their activities and purpose.

into emergency clean-up buckets which are distributed to disaster areas wherever they

Again your response has been great. Items collected will be taken to Heminger House

shelter after Easter. As of this writing, a few tabs remain. It has been suggested that pre

-paid store credit cards not be purchased as they require an activation fee of $5. It is

better to give a check , cash or specific items.
