GR GRAIN CHASER BINS

The GR range of grain chaser bins are the new generation of harvest chaser bins designed for high output combine harvesting with impressive standard features to give maximum operating efficiency while minimising ground compaction by using low ground pressure tyres. There are three models to choose from; the GR18 and GR24 running on tandem axles and the GR30 on three axles with a rear steering axle as standard.

600mm diameter unloading augerThe 600mm diameter unloading auger has a maximum output of 21 cubic metres per minute ensuring fast unloading times and a reliable cone centring coupling with “T” bar ensures a positive connection between the lower and upper auger. Directional control on the auger outlet gives you greater control whilst unloading the chaser bin.

Excellent stabilityAll machines run on tandem or tri-axles with mono leaf spring suspension and the design means that the Grainchaser has a low centre of gravity providing excellent stability when operating on sloping ground. All bins are equipped with flotation tyres to minimise ground compaction.

Dump slidesDump slides under the floor auger

and at the bottom of the unloading auger allow easy cleaning between

crops and also facilitate unloading the bin over a reception pit.

High capacity hopperThe Grainchaser has a high capacity

hopper with a PTO driven longitudinal floor auger. The flow to the floor auger is

regulated by a hydraulically operated slide and the 500mm floor auger feeds a high

capacity PTO driven unloading auger.
