A prominent customer recently had suspicions that an employee was taking advantage of their company. Utilizing the GPS Insight

reporting suite, they confirmed those suspicions and found that the employee in question was padding hours and falsifying time-

sheets. They also detected fuel card fraud by using the new Wright Express Fuel Transaction Report. The employee had made

multiple fuel purchases in which the location of the truck was not verified (i.e. the fuel card was not at the vehicle’s location). They

could then easily distinguish the fuel card fraud at-a-glance because the WEX Fuel Transaction Report displays color-coded location

verification (green-verified or red-potential fraud). With this report they were able to address the fuel card fraud with this particular

employee and bring it to a halt.

Integrate GPS Insight with Wright Express Fuel Cards

Through the partnership between GPS Insight and Wright Express, end-users are now able to generate reports on all fuel card transactions, and more importantly, see flagged activity where a specified vehicle was not present for the associated purchase transaction. The fuel card integration also allows for the calculation of MPG data and the easy identification of non-fuel purchases.

These reports are all available within the GPS Insight reporting suite, further consolidating the management of fuel card and fleet activity.

GPS Insight / WEX customers do not pay anything extra for this valuable functionality.

Dashboard Graphs Offer One-click Access to Reports

This capability allows managers to immediately spot trends with real-time graph data, then instantly drill down to supporting reports.

Scheduled Reports Dashlet

This dashlet allows you to simply click on a saved/scheduled report from within the dashlet and run it in the browser.

Vehicle Selector Filter

The filter provides an option to display only certain vehicles based on your input and will also update each associated map with only the vehicles filtered and selected. This is convenient if you have a large number of vehicles, but only want to see a certain number of them.

Comparison Graph Dashlet

View the difference between two groups of vehicles in terms of mileage, idle hours, and speeding activity.

Copy Dashlet Capability

Now use the copy option to copy a dashlet’s settings into a new dashlet. This is useful if you want multiple versions of the same dashlet with most or all of the same settings.

New Product Features

Dispatch Multiple Vehicles at Once

Within the “Closest To” dashlet you can now checkmark multiple vehicles to dispatch. Note that ONLY Garmin enabled vehicles are eligible.

Broadcast Messages to Garmins

Customers are now able to send a single message to multiple Garmins. You can select individual vehicles or a group (e.g. techs, service, parts, supervisors).

Count Your Drivers’ Activities using Garmin

Your driver can enter activities throughout the day/week/month and you will be able to see the data in a report (e.g. a courier keeping count of the number of x-rays or blood draws transported or a transport company tracking the number of passengers per trip).

Garmin Canned Messages

Choose from a list of commonly sent messages rather than typing each one out on the mini-keyboard of a Garmin. Users can enter their own canned messages from within the GPS Insight Canned Messages Interface.

Add a Stop Name to a Garmin Dispatched Address

We added the ability to “name” your address now within GPS Insight’s Garmin dispatch module (e.g. Driscoll Residence).
