All executive board members will be comprised of the Social/Programming Chair from each Fraternity or Sorority
Other F/S members are welcome, however they will not have a vote with the executive board.
SCSU students and community members are welcome at meetings.
Board Member Attendance

All executive board members are required to attend GPB Board Meetings
Members are expected to some up on time (5 minutes prior) to every meeting
Business will continue with or without executive board members. Those not present will not have any input or rights during voting.
oEvery Wednesday @ 7:00 PM
Each F/S can send one alternate per semester.

Closed sessions are designed for confidential discussion with the exec board only.
Can be called at anytime by a board member.
The spirit of the discussion is to allow to the expansion of ideas and thinking outside the box. Not to limit transparency.

A solid unified group is necessary for success.
Officers in the F/S community must live up to their obligations.
The professionalization of the GPB: including committed members professional event management a larger presence outside the F/S community additional funding through Student Government
for F/S Programming
Goal: A fun collaborative group of committed individuals who join GPB because it’s fun, professional, and pillar of F/S excellence.

Holding ourselves and others to a minimal standard is necessary to succeed.
GPB will be an essential partner to create a positive and healthy image of F/S around SCSU.
When GPB events are fun, professional, and representative of our mission and values ……people will come.
If you build it…… people will come
The old system does not work. FIPG is not being met.

You will gain an experience that will pay benefits when searching for a job after graduation.Learn the leadership skills necessary to become leaders in your F/S, SCSU, and the broader community. Experience a higher level of teamwork and success.Set the bar for other committees and organizations within F/S. Be the leaders who create change, rather than wondering why change needs to happen.
