MaterialsPlastic boxes are manufactured from high density polyethylene(HDPE) or polypropylene (PP). Other bespoke materials areavailable depending on your requirements. The specificationwill depend upon the proposed application.

Solid or Perforated Side WallsMany of our plastic boxes come with the option of solid orperforated side walls. Solid sides offer maximum strength andrigidity, where perforated sides offer excellent ventilation –popular for grocery applications. Both types can be easily cleaned.

Stack, Nest, FoldStacking boxes, like our Euro containers, have straight sidedwalls that give a good internal capacity and a very positivestack location. Nesting and stacking boxes come in two main designs – a 180degree turn or a bale arm design.Folding boxes have excellent square internal volume. As theycan fold virtually flat, they offer valuable space and cost savingswhen not in use.

PrintingWe offer three main printing styles for effectively customisingboxes: hot die stamping; screen printing; and the logo plate.

Label HoldersSome of our plastic boxes offer the option of label holders. Ourstandard label holder is manufactured from durable clearpolycarbonate and attaches to most containers using industrialadhesive tape.

Ticket ClipsAlternatively we offer ticket clips, which are manufactured fromstrong and durable metal and attach to the rib that is found onmost containers. We do not recommend metal clips forhygienic applications.

Polypropylene (PP) trays and containers are idealfor use between -10°C to +50°C with many modelsserviceable from -20°C to +60°C (depending onloading and use) and can be put through traywashers (unloaded) in temperatures over +100°Cfor short periods.

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) trays andcontainers are ideal for use between -30°C to +30°Cwith many models serviceable from -40°C to +40°C(depending on loading and use) and can be cleanedat higher temperatures up to +80°C.
