The KMITL Business School, King Mongkut's Institute of TechnologyLadkrabang, is calling for applicants to apply to its 2021 undergraduate internationalprogram. Candidate selection in this Direct Admission (Round 4) is based on thefollowing criteria:

1. Programs of study and Number of admitted students

The KMITL Business School accepts applications to admission in the Academic Year2021 in the following undergraduate program: 

• Bachelor of Business Administration (International Program) All the teaching andlearning activities in the program are conducted in English. For more details about theprogram, please visit: http://www.kbs.kmitl.ac.th/home 

The number of admitted students this round is 20 students. 

2. Applicant qualifications 

Applicants for Direct Admission are required to meet the following requirements: 

The applicant is studying or has obtained a high school (Matthayom 6) diploma froma high school in Thailand or equivalent overseas. 

Applicants must satisfy one of the following requirements: 

2.1) The applicant is studying for or has obtained (or is expected to obtain prior tothe start of Academic Year 2021) a qualification equivalent to a high school diploma (EnglishProgram, MEP, IEP, or any other program conducted in English). The applicant's GPAX is notrequired as the main criteria for admission. 

2.2) The applicant is studying for or has obtained (or is expected to obtain prior tothe start of Academic Year 2021) a qualification equivalent to a high school diploma from aninternational school, as approved by the Ministry of Education of Thailand. The applicant'sGPAX is not required as the main criteria for admission.

2.3) The applicant is studying for or has obtained (or is expected to obtain prior tothe start of Academic Year 2021) a qualification equivalent to a high school diploma from aschool overseas where English is the language of instruction as in the United States ofAmerica, Australia, The United Kingdom, or any other country with an English educationsystem. The applicant's GPAX is not required as the main criteria for admission. 

2.4) The applicant is studying for or has obtained (or is expected to obtain prior tothe start of Academic Year 2021) a qualification equivalent to a high school diploma in aScience-Math, English-Math, or Language-Arts Program with mathematical skills - having aGPAX of 2.50 or above from a school in Thailand with one of the criteria stated below: 

2.4.1 The applicant should have experience in an exchange program as anexchange student in a country where English is an official language. 

2.4.2 If the applicant does not have experience in an exchange program as anexchange student in a country where English is an official language, the applicant shouldhave experience in an international multicultural activity, for example, a cultural exchangeprogram, an English competition, a family business with international trades, experience ofliving overseas, or a notable skill such as public speaking in English or any other remarkableperformance in this aspect. 

2.4.3 The applicant must submit at least one Standardized English test resultsuch as GAT (Part 2-English), CU-TEP, TU-GET, IELTS, TOEFL (iBT), or any other StandardizedEnglish test which is equivalent and comparable to one of the English tests mentioned. Onlya valid score report (i.e. not expired) will be taken into consideration on the day of theinterview. 

Remark: If the applicant has not completed high school (M.6) or the final year of G.12 or G.13from a Thai or International Accredited School in Thailand or abroad before the start ofAcademic Year 2021, the applicant can submit a GED as an equivalent of having studied athigh school (M.6/G.12/G.13) for the interview committee's consideration.

Other qualifications The interview committee will consider applicants who provide evidence of

English proficiency and/or mathematics test scores as a plus. ** Please note that the applicant must satisfy one of the required qualifications

above and present it to the committee at the interview. ** 

Essential qualifications 

1. The applicant must be under the Domestic form of Government with the King asthe Head of the State. 

2. The applicant shall be physically and mentally healthy. 

3. Applicants must demonstrate good behavior and a good attitude toward theirstudies and strictly conform to the institute's rules and regulations. 

4. The applicant should not have been expelled from any other institute because ofimproper behavior. 

5. The applicant must be authorized to stay in Thailand legally. 

6. The applicant should not have been punished with corruption in any exam. 

7. The applicant should not have been dismissed from any institute because ofliabilities.

5. Admission 

Getting accepted to the admission is based on: 

• The interview by the committee 

• The applicant's qualifications 

• Other qualifications as described on the application form 

• English proficiency 

• Determination to pursue the Business Administration Degree (International Program)

• Personality and Etiquette suitability for the program 

*** The judgment of the committee is final. *** 

6. Announcement of the admission 

The KMITL Business School, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang,holds the right to select the eligible applicants. In this regard, the eligible applicantsmust not be those who confirmed their eligibility to study in the TCAS system (rounds1-3). The accepted student name list will be announced by the institute's Office of theRegistrar at https://new.reg.kmitl.ac.th/admission/ on 18 June 2021. 

7. Confirmation of the student's status and tuition fee payment 

Applicants, who have been accepted for enrollment, shall confirm their desire to bea student  https://new.reg.kmitl.ac.th/admission/ and make the confirmation paymentduring 23 - 24 June 2021. Non-confirmation and/or any avoidance of any process may resultin disqualification. Any payments, application fees and/or confirmation payments made bythe applicants are non-refundable. 

8. Disqualification 

8.1) Accepted applicants who do not confirm the enrollment (TCAS ClearingHouse) within the specified time will be considered disqualified. 

8.2) Accepted applicants who do not confirm the enrollment (online) and donot make the payment within the specified time, will be considered disqualified.

8.3) Accepted applicants who have not obtained a high school diploma beforethe start of Academic Year 2021 will be considered disqualified.

9. Tuition Fees 

Qualified applicants accepted as students of the KMTIL Business School mustmake a payment of 40,000 Baht per semester. Please note that the applicationpayment is non-refundable. 

In the case that the applicant has submitted any forged documents or  have been found non-compliant to the qualification requirements,

 the committee will immediately disqualify the applicant.The committee's judgment for the admission result of the

KMITL Business School will be considered and deemed final.
