GP Proface Introduction Pengenalan GP Proface 

RUBINO 

A. Create New Project / Membuat Project Baru 

2. Click Project menu, Select New      or click icon 

Klik menu project, pilih New atau klik  icon  

1. Open the Proface on the start menu program, Select Project Manager / Buka Proface pada program start menu, pilih Project Manager 

3. Enter the Description, Select GP Series and Type, Select Device/PLC Type, Click OK / Masukkan deskripsi, pilih GP series dan tipe pilih Device/PLC type, klik OK 

   

4.  Click Yes to open screen editor / Klik Yes untuk membuka screen editor    

5.  Click Sreen menu, Select New, Select Sreen Type and then click OK / Klik menu Screen, pilih New, pilih Screen Type dan kemudian klik OK 

   

6.  Click Draw menu, Select Text, on the text window type the text / Klik menu Draw, pilih Text, pada jendela Text ketik text‐nya 

   

7. Create the button by drag and drop icon             on the sreen from Parts Palette Window   Doubleclick the button, Enter Description, Enter the Operation Bit address and Monitor Bit 

address, Select the Function, Click OK. / Buat tombol dengan drag dan drop icon pada layar dari jendela Parts Pallete, double klik tombol, masukkan deskripsi, masukkan address bit operasi dan address monitor bit, pilih Function, klik OK 

         

8. Click Label tab, type the text button, Select the Character size, Style and Text Color, Click OK / Klik tab label, ketikkan text tombol, pilih ukuran karakter, style, dan warna teks, klik OK 

      

9.  Create the other button according to address / Buat  tombol lain sesuai addressnya

10.  Save the sreen by click Sreen menu, Select Save, Enter the sreen number and description, click OK / Simpan layar dengan mengeklik menu Screen, pilih Save, masukkan screen number dan deskripsi, klik OK 

      

11.  Close the sreen editor, Click Project menu and select Save, Type the file name,   Click Save / Tutup screen editor, klik menu project dan pilih Save, ketikkan nama file, klik 

Save           

12.  Click Project menu, Select Transfer to transfer project to GP Proface or click icon    Klik menu Project, pilih Transfer untuk mentrasfer project ke GP Proface atau klik icon       

13.  Click Setup menu, Select Transfer Settings / Klik menu Setup, pilih Transfer Settings           

14.  Select COM Port to communication computer with GP Proface according to USB‐Serial Cable which detected on the device manager computer, Click OK /Pilih COM port untuk komunikasi komputer dengan GP Proface sesuai dengan kabel USB – serial yang terdeteksi pada Device Manager komputer, klik OK 

          

15.  Click Transfer menu, Select Send or click the icon     Klik menu Transfer, pilih Send atau klik icon       

16.  Click OK to continue transfer,  Select the GP Type then click OK / Klik OK untuk melanjutkan transfer, pilih tipe GP kemudian klik OK 

          

17.  Transfer project to GP Proface was finished / Transfer Project ke GP Proface telah selesai
