Sub- Final Zone of Consideration for promotion to the post of Deputy Secretary ofPanchayat Samiti

Upon perusal of claim/objection received in connection with the draft zone of consideration for

promotion to the S(Five) vacant posts of Deputy Secretary of Panchayat Samiti as communicated vide our

nO.109S (17)/P&RD dated-26.6.1S and reviewing the facts & figures it appears that, 4(four) among Executive

Assistant instead of 3(three) and 1(one) among UDA/CCS instead of 2(two) should get the said promotion.

Accordingly the Final zone of consideration for promotion to the S(Five) vacant posts of Deputy

Secretary of Panchayat Samiti has been determined and enclosed herewith. Now, you are being requested

to circulate this letter alongwith enclosures to all concerned including the following UDA/CCS immediately.

1. Sanjib Das,CCS,Kaliganj, 2. Kaberi Dutta (Kundu), UDA, Krishnagar-I, 3. Jinnah Seikh, UDA, Santipur,

4. Suprakash Mondal, UDA, Tehatta-I and 5. Sabyasachi Chatterjee, UDA, Chapra.

Claim/objection, if any, should reach this end by 06.07.2015 without fail.
