You can order these items by submitting a non-catalog ARIBA PO. Please reference the Holiday Pre-order 2021 Guide for general ordering instructions. A few things to

note for these items:

1. Be sure to enter the item #’s into the requisition as you see them on the PDF for each selection.

2. If you are shipping to multiple addresses (please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes), please be sure to provide all address and contact information requested in the

provided template for each item being drop shipped and submit the spreadsheet with the requisition. No orders will be accepted without each drop ship address in the

completed form.

a. If you are ordering multiple selections (or multiples of one item) but all are shipping to one address (the one address should be on the PO)

but adding a card message to each item, you will only need to fill in the first address row and columns H + K on the spreadsheet and submit it with your PO.

(i.e., you would like all Food Items and cards shipped to you for hand delivery or to send out on your own)

3. "Drop Ship" fees and "Greeting Card" fees will need to be on separate line items on the requisition but can be totals of each for the full order.

a. To add a custom message greeting card, please enter line item “Greeting Card” $2.50 each

b. To add the drop ship fees, please enter line item “Drop Ship” $4.00 each

i. REMINDER: each drop ship location incurs a shipping charge that you will be invoiced for following shipment.
